How to bring your Cysterhood herbies ALIVE:

Place 1 teaspoon of Cysterhood tea into a strainer or pot (if your pot is big you may wish to ad more tea). Fill with of boiling water and let it brew for 6-8 minutes. Strain and enjoy.

Each bag contains approximately 30 serves (depending on how strong you make it).

We recommend 2-4 cups per day for optimal results whilst working on hormone imbalances, and then 1-2 cups daily for management.
