QUARANTINE MUNCHIES??? Not sure about you guys but quarantine has got me making some very frequent trips to the kitchen for snacks ... I literally think I walk over there every 5mins just to check if any new snacks have magically appeared

Well now they have!

They are the PERFECT snack for quarantine munchies hehe!!! AND they are are the perfect wholesome hormone friendly snack, as well as bring PERFECT for all my seed cycling gals!! (Just change the seeds accordingly or just add them all in!).

They are also PACKED with good fats and hormone loving nutrients to help you get through your day!

*NOTE for mamas: I crushed the seeds up smaller so that Flynn could have these too, he loved them!

You will need (all organic if possible): 2 cup rolled oats (I used gluten free) 1/4 cup pepitas 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds 2 tablespoons chia seeds 2 tablespoons flax 2 tablespoons sesame seeds 1/2 cup shredded coconut 5 tablespoons coconut oil 2 tablespoons your fave nut butter 1/3 cup honey 1/4 coconut nectar (or rice malt syrup) 2 tablespoons cacao powder 1/4 dried blueberries / cranberries/ gogi berries/ raisins (whatever you like it! Or leave the dried fruit out) pinch of sea salt . . Directions: - Preheat oven to 170C. -Grease or Line a tray with baking paper and set aside. - Mix oats, seeds, cacao powder, berries/ raisins, salt and coconut in a bowl and set aside. - On stove top add coconut oil, honey and coconut nectar, nut butter until combined. -Combine both mixtures and mix until well combined. - Press firmly into a the pre lined tin. - bake for approx. 15 minutes or until starting to turn golden brown. - Remove from oven and allow to cool on tray before moving them. (This allows them to set.) Cut into bars and then store in an airtight container. 🙌

ENJOY!
